Prefront

Privacy policy

The short version: your training data never leaves your browser, and we collect almost nothing.

Your training data stays on your device

Every score, streak and session record is stored in your browser's local storage under keys with the prefront: prefix. This data is never uploaded to a server. Clearing your browser data erases it completely — we can't recover it, because we never had it.

No accounts, no tracking of your scores

Prefront doesn't require signup, and there are no user accounts. We don't set tracking cookies and we don't build a profile of you. Your performance history is visible only to you, on the device you trained on.

The feedback form

The feedback form is entirely voluntary. If you choose to send feedback, the message is delivered to the site owner by email, along with basic technical metadata such as your IP address, which is used only to prevent abuse and spam. Your email address is collected only if you type it into the form yourself — and it's used solely to reply to you.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages get visited and roughly how fast they load. It's privacy-friendly by design: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no collection of personal information.

We don't sell data

There's nothing to sell. We don't share, rent, or trade any personal information with third parties, because we barely collect any in the first place.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how data is handled, we'll update this page. Significant changes would be reflected in the product itself — for example, any future account system would be strictly opt-in.
